Job Description
- Develop the Turf and Landscape segment in Czech Republic
- Grow the Garden business segment in Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Develop a comprehensive 5year plan for Turf & Landscape Professional Pest Management and Home Pest aligning with relevant stakeholders and territory strategies
- Identify market trends and customer dynamics incorporating data into the plan
- Develop and implement tactical campaign plans for relevant Professional Solutions segments and portfolios collaborating with teams to achieve targets
- Support product registration development and launch activities
- Set campaign objectives and work closely with Marketing and Technical managers for implementation
- Define and achieve budget market share and financial targets in agreement with stakeholders
- Ensure efficient resourcing for portfolio strategies and campaign plans
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree
- Preferably professional experience in agriculture especially pesticides
- Turf business or greenkeeper experience would be a huge benefit
- Knowledge of agribusiness markets and customer needs
- Experience in business development
- Knowledge >5 years in marketing and/ or business management (e.g. sales marketing product development & technical support)
- Knowledge in Key Account and brand/ portfolio management
- Ability to influence indirect relationships throughout business
- Fluent Czech and at least intermediate level of English
