The HR Business Analyst will enhance team performance and organizational efficiency. The position is located in office in San Francisco CA and reports to the US Head of Human Resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with HR and corporate functions to develop and implement the Origination teams gotomarket growth strategy.
- Team Management: Identify gaps in the teams skills and competencies and work with Origination management to formulate and implement training and development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Assist head of US Origination with managing day to day operations with a focus on improving efficiency and organizational impact while serving as a trusted advisor providing strategic input on critical employee engagement and organizational impact decisions.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain employee KPI tracking systems to monitor and enhance team performance while ensuring alignment with Statkraft Corporate visions and values.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement initiatives to promote diversity within the team particularly increasing the representation of women in the US energy commodity markets.
- HR Process Improvement: Formulate and implement new HR processes that promote internal efficiency and create clear guidelines for both existing and new employees.
- Branding: Work internally and externally to help shape and implement the US teams marketing and branding strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to advocate for HRfocused initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate visions and values.
- CrossFunctional Alignment: Facilitate and drive SKUSwide strategy through interactions with other teams and corporate strategy and planning.
- AI Integration: Work on expanding the use of AI within HR functions to improve efficiency decisionmaking and overall HR operations.
Qualifications :
- Strong business judgment leadership and integrity.
- 7 years of experience in HR or related fields preferably within the US commodity markets.
- Masters degree in business management HR or a related field.
- Experience in collaborating and building relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently take initiative and be proactive in ambiguous situations.

Additional Information :
Statkraftmanages critical infrastructure and services in several countries. The applicant must be eligible for security clearance and authorisation. If a US visa is required for you to work out of the San Francisco office the company will evaluate starting your position remotely while the Visa is being processed.
