JD :
Primary tech skills:
1) SQL Server and Scripting knowledge
2) AWS Cloud familiarity of known concepts and ability to navigate error logs for troubleshooting
3) The ability to use querying tools to investigate errorSupport Experience:
1) 4 Years Support experience and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and follow standard operating proceduredocuments
SQL and Database knowledge
2) General IT/Application support knowledge
3) Experience with observability tools(i.e. HoneyComb CloudWatch) and creation of monitoring dashboards/alerts
Nice to have to skills:
1) Ability to troubleshoot client errors that may consist of network related issues firewalls laptop permissions proxies etc.
2) Understanding of windowsbased software
3) Automation skills and ability to focus on project related tasks using any scripting language
