Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Vienna VA
Duration: FullTime

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization with a strong focus on candidates experienced in government and federal sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers to fill a variety of roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms including job boards social media and professional networks with a focus on individuals experienced in government or federal contracts.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs with a focus on those with government or federal project experience.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends government regulations and best practices to ensure effective recruiting strategies for federal projects.
  • Coordinate preemployment assessments background checks and other necessary steps in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Experience recruiting for government or federal clients is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations particularly in the context of government and federal contracts.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
