Job Description

Consumer Insights and Market Research

 

Turn data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.

Provide an annual research and T&A (Trial & Awareness) of the Red Bull Brand in the country.

With a focus on the younger segment of the target group monitors the consumers perception about brand and products in social media.

 

Brand Management

 

Train and support marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing with their projects accordingly with the areas and the company necessities;

Collaborate & ensure synergy on any trade/marketing initiatives;

Build and provide training on new crossfunctional tools such as sales/marketing programs or trade marketing;

Work closely with the regional team and International HQ specialists to share learnings best practices align plans share latest updates and insights

 Continually reapply successful models;

Instigate and participate in creative sessions to develop tactics and assess best practice case studies.

 

Advertising and Creative

 

Creates branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions.

Develops and implements the ideal countryspecific advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings taking best practices into consideration and with the right level of digital and social media integration.

Works closely with the Media Network team to amplify the impact of advertising on own managed earned and paid media channels.

Controls creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual setup and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output.

Manages the media agency with prudence to ensure a best possible valueformoney advertising plan.

 

Product and Packaging Innovation

 

Lead and manage solid product launches together with sales finance and other marketing functions and act as the key contact for Red Bull HQ.

Understand which packaging solution addresses country specific needs as well as lead and manage the launch proposal.

Collect all learnings to share locally and with International HQ.

 

Marketing Management

Support the National Marketing Manager to develop and implement the annual business plan.

Prepare together with the National Marketing Manager the annual plan and financial budgets/P&L in cooperation with the marketing and sales team.

Manage and maintain the agreed budget.

Builds a strong transparent trusty partnership and cooperation with management and personnel.


Qualifications :

Degree in Administration Marketing Economics or related areas.

Master Degree (MBA/Specialization) preferred.

Fluent English

At least 3 years FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) research and consumer insights skills knowledge and experience

Clear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context

Generate consumer insights and translate them in to successful brand initiatives.

An entrepreneurial cando attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate best practices
