Job Title: Process Automation Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastmoving USbased business seeking a Process Automation Specialist to help optimize and enhance internal processes. This role blends operational support with technical knowhow making it ideal for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements across workflows.
Position Overview:
The Process Automation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing documenting and optimizing business processes with a strong focus on automation and process improvement. This person will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for operational enhancement and apply technologydriven solutions to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop and implement process automation solutions using relevant tools and software.
- Document new processes and provide clear userfriendly guides to support adoption across the team.
- Monitor automated processes for performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to align process changes with broader business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on newly automated processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with process mapping documentation and optimization.
- Handson experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier Make.com Power Automate or similar).
- Solid understanding of operational workflows in a business setting.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in a similar role supporting process automation for a remote team
- Familiarity with CRM project management and collaboration tools commonly used by distributed teams
- Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
