Job Description
Position: IT Recruiter Admin
Location: Rajkot Onsite
Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT recruitment or related roles
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HR or IT)
Skills: Excellent communication strong organizational abilities and proficiency in recruitment tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend IT recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align recruitment strategies
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT talent through job boards social media and networking
- Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist in onboarding processes for IT hires ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives targeting tech talent
- Provide administrative support for HRrelated activities as needed
