External Communications Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven External Communication Manager to lead our external communication and public relations strategies. This role will enhance Cloud Professional Services (CProServ) business brand presence strengthen stakeholder relationships and promote our marketleading cloud professional services. The ideal candidate will develop and execute impactful communication strategies that resonate with clients partners and the broader ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• External Communication Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external communication strategy to position CProServ as a trusted leader in cloud consulting
  • Align communication initiatives with the organizations business objectives and overall brand strategy
• Media Relations and Public Relations:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets journalists and industry analysts to ensure positive coverage
  • Develop and distribute press releases media kits and other materials to highlight company achievements innovations and thought leadership
  • Represent CProServ as a spokesperson during media interactions conferences and public events
• Thought Leadership and Content Development:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create thought leadership content including whitepapers blog posts articles and case studies showcasing expertise in cloud consulting
  • Develop messaging frameworks that effectively communicate CProServs value proposition and unique market position
• Digital and Social Media Strategy:
  • Drive CProServs digital presence through targeted campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging digital content to highlight success stories service offerings and industry insights
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize engagement and audience reach

• Client and Partner Engagement:
  • Work closely with business development teams to create communication campaigns tailored to clients and partners
  • Showcase successful client projects and partnerships to build credibility and attract new business
• Market Insights and Reporting:
  • Track industry trends and competitive activity to refine communication strategies and maintain relevance
  • Measure the impact of communication initiatives using analytics and reporting tools providing insights to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in communications Public Relations Marketing or related field and an MBA or masters degree in marketing/communications is highly preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in external communications PR or marketing preferably in a technology cloud services or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of managing successful media and public relations campaigns and events
  • Experience working with or within a consulting or B2B technology firm is highly desirable
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (German is a Plus) both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Expertise in B2B marketing social media platforms and analytics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with media clients and partners
