Job Description

Data CoordinatorOnsite

We are seeking an intermediatelevel professional to manage various master data entry tasks within ASW. This role involves setting up new accounts performing account maintenance and updating State and DEA licensures using DMS or other designated tools. The specialist will collaborate with project managers customer service distribution operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain new customer accounts in ASW.
  2. Review and verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Check for existing accounts and coordinate with sister companies as necessary.
  4. Proactively update expired State and DEA licenses.
  5. File and organize documentation related to account setups updates and licenses.
  6. Work within the CPRT environment to support master data functions.
  7. Perform all types of account and item maintenance.
  8. Validate data for accuracy before migration into the system.
  9. Collaborate with project managers upper management and IT to optimize account setup processes and align them with client expectations.
  10. Provide customer audit information as needed.
  11. Assist IT with new account item setup types and Faux Pharma data management.
