As a Commis Chef you will be an integral part of the kitchen brigade working closely with senior chefs to assist in preparing and presenting exceptional dishes. You will support the kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef helping to maintain the hotels reputation for topquality dining.
In this role you will learn and develop your skills across different kitchens ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection in line with the Sofitel brands luxurious and Frenchinspired culinary style.
