Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- to guide the heavy equipment operators on their duties
- determining the best pipeline routes
- to guide the pipe fitter crew
- inspection of the dredge pipes for leakages and kinks on a daily basis.
- Ensuring materials such as pipes bolts nuts and gaskets are available when required.
- daily reporting of activities to dredging supervisor
- to work together with the survey team to ensure the materials are deposited in the correct areas.
- overseeing the safety standard is maintained on the reclamation site.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
at least 5 years experience as a reclamation foreman for a reputable dredging company.
To be considered you will need to have the ability to demonstrate knowledge capability and competence in technical and operational aspects of dredging.
Should be able to swim
Should have good command of English language
Good writing skills
