Job Description
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage internal IT infrastructure including hardware operating systems and server products.
- Perform regular maintenance repairs and upgrades on network and computer systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the network hardware and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Support application and hardware upgrades for both internal and external systems.
- Assist in the installation troubleshooting and maintenance of workstations.
- Provide IT support to employees across departments addressing queries and technical challenges.
- Create and maintain IT procedures and documentation ensuring they are up to date.
- Collaborate with thirdparty contractors for system support and operational infrastructure maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for additional support and routine maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Education: Completion of postsecondary education or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in desktop system application and network support
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory MS Entra MS Azure and MS Intune.
- Experience with Windows Servers Google Workspace and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with managing domain redirection DNS records and current web/mobile developments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in a multilanguage work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders both locally and remotely.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and take initiative independently.
