Job Description
Tasks
- Configure and install operating systems and applications on computer hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Monitor and manage servers networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide detailed procedural documentation support and reports for the deployment of new applications.
- Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes offering technical assistance in person or remotely.
- Perform regular IT infrastructure maintenance including replacing hardware components as required.
- Collaborate with team leaders to address and resolve reported issues promptly or escalate to third parties when needed.
- Develop effective working relationships with users IT engineers department managers software developers and HR teams.
- Oversee IT asset management by tagging hardware maintaining inventory accuracy and managing procurement processes
Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory Office 365 Cloud Services and Windows 10/11.
- Handson experience with Windows Serversand 2022.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT equipment and infrastructure.
- Proven problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities with a logical approach to decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g. Spanish Dutch or German) are a bonus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment supported by relevant qualifications or an IT diploma.
