Job Description

Overview

As a Business Development professional you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the longterm success of the organization. Your work will directly impact the companys growth expansion and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends potential markets and business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to adapt business development strategies
  • Track and report key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Contribute to the development of pricing and sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to achieve business development objectives

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in business development sales or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Certification in Sales or Business Development is a plus
