We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Marketing Back Office professional with experience in using EMR (Enterprise Management Resource) or Gati software to support our marketing and export operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in streamlining processes supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between marketing sales and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support & Coordination:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team ensuring smooth execution of marketing strategies aimed at the export market.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns promotions and events targeting international markets.
- Maintain records of marketing activities track progress and report on outcomes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Utilize EMR or Gati software to manage and maintain marketing databases including tracking customer lead and sales information.
- Monitor analyze and report on key marketing metrics helping the team assess the effectiveness of campaigns and export initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on export market performance customer engagement and sales conversions providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
- Software & System Management (EMR/Gati):
- Leverage EMR or Gati software to streamline marketing sales and logistics operations including managing product catalogs export orders inventory and shipping.
- Update and manage client data including contact details preferences and communication history ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
- Use the software to support order processing track shipment statuses and maintain accurate export documentation.
- Client Communication & Export Documentation:
- Assist in preparing marketing communications including email campaigns newsletters and promotional materials tailored for international clients.
- Coordinate export documentation such as invoices shipping documents and customs paperwork ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Maintain communication with international clients responding to inquiries providing product information and assisting with orderrelated queries.
- Collaboration with Sales & Logistics Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of export orders from order receipt through shipment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring that products are available for export collaborating with the logistics team to resolve any shipment delays or issues.
- Support the marketing team with customer segmentation and insights ensuring that promotional materials and campaigns are aligned with market preferences.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Assist in gathering market data competitor information and consumer behavior trends related to the jewelry export market.
- Help the marketing team stay up to date on international trends identifying opportunities for product positioning and promotion within various export markets.
- Product Catalog & Pricing Support:
- Ensure that the product catalog is uptodate with accurate product descriptions images and pricing details for international clients.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing strategies ensuring products are competitively priced in the export market while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage customer relationship data using CRM tools integrated with EMR/Gati software tracking interactions and following up on leads.
- Support customer loyalty initiatives and postsale followups to enhance relationships with key international clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing back office role ideally within the jewelry or export industry.
- Software Proficiency:
- Proven experience with EMR or Gati software is required for managing marketing sales and exportrelated functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Jewelry Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the jewelry manufacturing process and export market dynamics is an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and international clients.
