Job Description
Facility: Mount Olive Center
Address: 228 Smith Chapel Rd Mt Olive NC 28365
Contract: 10 Weeks
Shift: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Pay: $73/hr on W2 OR $78/hr on 1099
We are looking for ADON also.
Director of Nursing who is dedicated to delivering highquality healthcare to the senior population. In this role you will use your nursing and administrative skills to lead nursing operations guide and direct the nursing team and ensure topquality care for our residents.
- Drive business excellence staff excellence clinical excellence and patient/customer experience excellence.
- Provide servant leadership and direction for daytoday patient care operations ensuring smooth and effective nursing service delivery.
- Promote an environment focused on topoflicense practice and collaboration within the nursing team.
- Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence and ensure the delivery of highquality costeffective healthcare services.
- Foster continuous improvement in nursing services and staff performance to meet the needs and expectations of patients residents and their families.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing college or university with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in longterm care is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
- Knowledge of the MDS process state nurse practice act and state/federal regulations is essential.
- Oncall availability is required to address emergencies and critical situations as needed.
