Financial Reporting Analyst
HIGHLIGHTS

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our client's team and contribute to our financial reporting and data analysis efforts.
Essential Job Functions:
- Run and manage monthend reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Download data from various applications and consolidate it into a standard format for monthend reporting.
- Utilize Epic Cube Strata and Excel to manipulate and analyze data generating insightful reports.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather necessary data and ensure comprehensive reporting.
- Identify trends anomalies and key insights from data to support decisionmaking.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting processes and tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
- Assist in adhoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Additional adhoc projects may be assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Data Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Epic Cube and advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP macros).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of financial systems and databases.
