What Youll Do:
As an Air Travel Consultant youll be the goto person for customers seeking assistance with reservations cancellations online checkins and general travel guidance. Youll:
- Handle incoming phone calls in both Hungarian and English.
- Provide friendly knowledgeable support while maintaining topnotch customer service.
- Keep records organized by registering conversation details in our dedicated system.
- Thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment that rewards efficiency and quality.

- Fluency in Hungarian (B2) and English (B2)verbal and written.
- A techsavvy serviceoriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic (or already reside there).
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including nights and the availability to work onsite during training.
