Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the South region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitor activities to refine sales approach.
2. Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance coaching and performance feedback to team members.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problemsolving.
- Maintain relationship with existing business partner.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region including potential markets industries and partnerships.
6. Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget for the South region ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- years of experience in sales leadership roles preferably in the automation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills
