As part of compliance with the SLAs of HPS Payment Services customers he contributes to the assistance and treatment of incidents reported by the RUN IT teams supervises the Support team and ensures the resolution of incidents with the aim of compliance contractual commitments (deadlines quality cost etc.)
Roles and responsibilities
Contribute to the handling of incidents with the aim of their resolution
Contribute to supporting the RUN L2/N3 team and resolving productionrelated incidents/problems.
Contribute to the analysis of incidents by the RUN IT team and recommend actions to be implemented based on the reported incident
Contribute to the implementation of the necessary developments to resolve the incident
Contribute to carrying out unit tests and write the documentation corresponding to the modifications made before Going into Production
Contribute to respecting commitments/SLA's
Contribute to meeting commitments in terms of deadlines and quality of work provided
Contribute to compliance with standards specific to it’s activity
Contribute to the improvement of your team's indicators in order to improve the quality and image of the company
Contribute to the compliance with the development standards chosen by HPS as part of its activity
Contribute to the definition of development areas for procedures specific to maintenance
Contribute to RUN team support
Contribute to the assistance of RUN teams in putting into production
Contribute to the Validation of deliverables / RUN/PROJECT team procedures during the Rollout.
Contribute to assisting the RUN team with requests for information/technical business consultation.
Contribute to the training of RUN teams
Contribute to network enhancements and ensure nonregression testing
Ensure oncall duty according to schedule with the aim of intervening in the event of intervention needs outside of working hours
Participate in establishing the oncall schedule
Ensure intervention in the event of an incident occurring outside working hours
