PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (Permanent)
Our client a local contracting company in WNY is looking to hire a Project Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an entrylevel candidate looking to get his/her professional start with a great company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative duties for the current commercial mechanical & HVAC projects within the company
- Draft various project documents including contracts with projectspecific details
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within the project s timeline
- Coordinate meetings between Project Managers clients vendors and other necessary personnel
- Sit in on meetings to ensure accurate minutes are taken and necessary adjustments are made within specific projects
- Process RFIs submittals and other timesensitive paperwork
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to gather appropriate information
- Assist with budgeting and reporting
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Complete special projects in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- 100% inoffice
- $22.00 $25.00/hour depending on experience

- Bachelors or Associates in Construction Management Engineering or related
- Experience in HVAC & Plumbing/Commercial Construction is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Meticulous attention to detail
