Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat ensuring clear accurate and professional communication
- Chat and Email coordination with customers
- Effective communication via mail/chat
- Assist digital team with online campaigns.
- Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
- Provide realtime support
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Customercentric attitude
