Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NonIT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the endtoend
recruitment process for our clients focusing on sourcing screening and placing candidates. Key
responsibilities include:
  • Utilize various online job portals (e.g. Shine Naukri.com Indeed LinkedIn) and other recruitment tools
  • to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs job specifications and organizational culture
  • to effectively tailor the recruitment process.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Review resumes conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and
  • job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and fit for the
  • role and client organization.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews provide feedback and make recommendations on
  • potential hires.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and
  • recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients and
  • management.

Requirements:
  • Proven minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection with a strong track record of
  • successful placements.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle endtoend recruitment processes effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
