We are seeking a highly skilled NonIT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the endtoend
recruitment process for our clients focusing on sourcing screening and placing candidates. Key
responsibilities include:
- Utilize various online job portals (e.g. Shine Naukri.com Indeed LinkedIn) and other recruitment tools
- to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs job specifications and organizational culture
- to effectively tailor the recruitment process.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Review resumes conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and
- job specifications.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and fit for the
- role and client organization.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews provide feedback and make recommendations on
- potential hires.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and
- recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients and
- management.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection with a strong track record of
- successful placements.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle endtoend recruitment processes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
