About the job:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Amazon Marketplace Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on sales reporting analysis listing management and PPC optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of our Amazon store analyzing sales performance maintaining and optimizing product listings handling customer support inquiries and running Amazon PPC campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generate and review daily weekly and monthly sales reports. Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Listing Management: Ensure that product listings are up and running making necessary updates edits and optimizations to improve performance.
- Amazon Seller Support: Act as the main point of contact for Amazon Seller Support resolving issues related to listings account health and other platformrelated concerns.
- PPC Management: Run Amazon PPC campaigns using internal tools and reports. Monitor performance adjust bids and optimize campaigns to improve ad spend efficiency and ROI.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on Amazon policies best practices and new tools to ensure the highest standards of service and performance are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Marketplace management.
- Proficiency in running and analyzing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s sales reporting metrics and optimization processes.
- Ability to handle and resolve issues with Amazon Seller Support.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for sales analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon Marketplace tools and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s A9 algorithm and listing optimization strategies.
