Job Description: Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Trading Business:
- Ensure timely and accurate ordering of trading items from vendors based on business requirements.
- Track and follow up on material deliveries to ensure ontime delivery while ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Control (QC) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes.
- Collaborate with the billing and dispatch teams to support monthly trading orders including tracking of site delivery acknowledgments and ensuring successful order fulfillment.
- Update and maintain the weekly trading billing tracker ensuring all orders and deliveries reflected accurately.
Retrofit Business:
- Manage SAP codes release of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with the Wipro Purchase team for timely processing.
- Follow up on materials based on PO delivery dates ensuring seamless communication with vendors. Assist in developing new vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with QA QC and GRN processes.
- Support the Project Manager by coordinating the dispatch of required retrofit items according to the projects dispatch plan ensuring site delivery acknowledgments are collected and documented.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and order management processes.
- 35 years of experience in similar coordination or service support role preferably in a trading or retrofit business environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with vendors internal teams and project managers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
