Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Backend Product Engineering Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee backend engineering efforts while managing the Web team.
Lead the design and implementation of essential backend services.
Enhance wallet performance and improve system reliability.
Manage functional projects including KYC processes and internal portal improvements.
Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams for alignment and delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading technical teams to deliver complex projects on time and with high quality.
Strong product thinking with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers.
Experience in backend engineering particularly in building scalable and highperformance systems.
Proficiency in Go and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems such as Redis.
Experience in fullstack development is beneficial.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications is advantageous.
