Job Description
- Responsible for assisting with the service and repair of equipment facilities and guest requests or concerns
- Performs a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities and duties (e.g. HVAC carpentry painting plumbing basic electrical)
- Installs system component parts office equipment and facility components (e.g. lighting heating and ventilating systems alarms plumbing security and electrical panels)
- Responsible for monitoring the work order system and completing work orders as assigned
- Maintains assigned vehicle tools and equipment in safe operating condition
- Monitors contractors to ensure work is completed properly efficiently and meets JUSTINs safety standards
- Responds to emergency maintenance situations as assigned
- Follows all company policies and works in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in facility maintenance; hotel/hospitality maintenance highly preferred
- Winery maintenance experience is a plus but not required
- Valid CA drivers license and an acceptable driving record required a background check will be conducted
- Forklift license or ability to achieve licensing is required
- Must have the ability to work any day of the week and travel to Napa or Sonoma sites as needed
- Knowledge of servicing HVAC systems such as AC units and heaters
- Skilled in electrical safety and knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair common hospitality equipment and general maintenance of commercial buildings
- Must be selfmotived and have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook Word Excel Teams)
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; conversational Spanish highly desirable
- Requires the ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet physical demands of position such as walking standing lifting 50 pounds or more climbing ladders and stairs bending squatting and crawling in tight spaces to access work sites safely
Pay Range: $33.00 $38.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
