What you will be doing:
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on propertys facilities and equipment including ensuring a continuous supply of heat steam electric power gas and/or air
- Maintain building performing minor and routine painting plumbing electrical wiring and other maintenance related activities
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Schedule repair maintenance and installation of machines tools and equipment
- Perform pool and spa maintenance
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
Qualifications :
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities able to work well as part of a team
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Previous experience with painting plumbing electrical wiring and pool/spa maintenance
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
