IT Project Manager Laboratory Systems

We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager to lead laboratory systems projects for our client. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving IT excellence in laboratory environments.
Your Role:
- Oversee laboratory systems projects ensuring ontime withinbudget delivery.
- Act as a Program Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE) managing Agile release processes effectively.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps covering scope objectives budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff IT teams and stakeholders to prioritize features and align deliverables.
- Identify risks early create mitigation plans and maintain clear communication with all parties.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards like GLP and GxP while maintaining quality.
- Regularly track progress generate status updates and improve transparency.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating processes and outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Computer Science IT or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications like PMP or RTE (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in IT project management especially within laboratory or healthcare IT.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum.
- Familiarity with lab operations workflows and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in tools like JIRA Confluence and MS Project.
- Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
