As a Territory Manager Validation you will be responsible for improving penetration of services revenue growth and minimizing validation errors while maintaining a strong support structure for Sales Design and execution teams across all BUs.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate BOQs & BoMs are published for projects Understand drawings of all disciplines (civil electrical plumbing carpentry etc) and be proficient in rate analysis on nonstandard items market understanding quote optimization by value engineeringg etc.
Discuss and clarify technical queries raised by the Sales Design and Operations team
Ensure seamless handover of GFC drawing set for Site execution to the Operations team.
Collaborate with the Sales and Design team to improve penetration and adoption of services in the Booking stage and Order stage.
Complete ownership of timely and quality outputs and adherence to Services SLAs Implement and streamline current or new processes tools systems documents and standards to ensure an exceptional and consistent delivery.
Ensure effective deployment and 100% adoption of strategic or operational initiatives/business process changes etc.
Collaborate with Internal teams to create highquality costeffective impactful solutions to mitigate business or operational issues.
Conducting Daily/weekly reviews with the downline team.
Build coach and lead a highperformance team.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have
5 years of residential/commercial interior experience.
Preferably worked 23 yrs as a quantity surveyor (including Estimation & Contracting) and 23 years in Execution.
Thorough knowledge of costing raw materials and labor used in interior work.
Proficient in MS Excel with analytical bend.
Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
