Job Description
Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a resultsoriented individual with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends areas for improvement and actionable insights.
- Set ambitious sales goals and take proactive steps to drive growth.
Experiential Marketing:
- Plan and execute experiential marketing initiatives such as product demonstrations popup events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints fostering loyalty and longterm relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador demonstrating indepth knowledge of products and embodying brand values.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and seamless shopping experiences.
- Address customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses.
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Leverage data insights to refine sales strategies enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
