The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the microfinance industry with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and oversee marketing strategies to promote microlending products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscapes in the microfinance sector.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including digital social media and traditional media.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives ensuring seamless customer engagement.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry developments competitor activities and regulatory shifts to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures promotional materials and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role preferably within the financial or microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of microlending products and the financial services landscape.
