Job Summary: The incumbent goal is to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements analyze data and develop business cases to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through structured interviews workshops surveys and observations to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs
- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements operational efficiencies & cost savings
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation (BRD) including business cases requirements specifications & solution designs Solution Design and Development
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential solutions including evaluation of technical feasibility costbenefit analysis & risk assessment.
- Design and develop solutions to meet business requirements including development of process maps workflow diagrams data models & technical specifications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations and finance to ensure solution alignment with organizational objectives & strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder Management and Communication Communicate project plans progress and changes to stakeholders including project sponsors business leaders & endusers
- Manage stakeholder expectations and concerns including development of stakeholder engagement plans & communication strategies
- Facilitate meetings workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder understanding & buyin of solutions Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to inform business decisions including development of data visualizations reports and dashboards
- Identify trends opportunities and risks through data analysis including development of recommendations for business improvement
- Develop and maintain data management plans including data governance data quality & data security
- Solution Implementation and Quality Assurance
- Implement solutions including development of implementation plans project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Ensure solution quality and integrity including development of testing plans quality assurance plans & defect management plans
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks including development of risk management plans contingency plans & disaster recovery plans
Minimum Required Qualifications Certificates & Skills
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7 year’s related experience in business analysis or management consulting out of which 4 year’s GCC preferably in the automotive or transportation industry
- Certificates & Trainings Any relevant certification or training such as Certified Business Analyst (CBA) Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Agile Business Analysis Certification. Skills Data Analysis Business Case Development Stakeholder Management Process Improvement.
