Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, highlighting key insights and areas for growth.
Develop and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate current operational processes and identify areas for optimization.
Implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
Project Management:
Manage and track the progress of operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure operational changes are implemented effectively and in alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of new operational processes, tools, or systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in operations or data analysis, preferably with experience in new business development.
Experience in the fields, leading big teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Excel, PPT.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Operational Analysis:
Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and identify areas of improvement.
Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights related to efficiency, cost, and productivity improvements.
Proficient in developing metrics and KPIs to evaluate operational performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Process Improvement:
Knowledge of process optimization techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
Experience in data-driven problem-solving to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to resolve them.
Project Management:
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) to monitor and track the progress of initiatives.
Ability to work cross-functionally with departments like finance, IT, HR, and sales to ensure the smooth execution of operational projects.
