Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator will be part of the Identity & Access Management Run Team within the Corporate Cyber Security Division.
  • The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration including application onboarding account reconciliations job monitoring release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup.
  • Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow. Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally.
  • Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks work out possible solutions with internal clients and Lines of Businesses.
  • They are encouraged to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision while escalating to Scrum Master and Product Owner as necessary.
  • We will drive compliance and security within Truist which will help ensure only the right people have the appropriate access for the right reasons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities and responsibilities may change from time to time.
  • Running of jobs monitoring and resolving exceptions.
  • Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
