Job Description

Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking to make a significant impact Randstad is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Analyst to join a dynamic client in Washington DC. This role focuses on designing configuring and implementing SAP HCM solutions particularly in payroll and time management modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams provide expertlevel support and lead SAP HCMrelated projects while ensuring system performance and compliance with labor relations. If you bring at least 5 years of SAP HCM experience deep expertise in payroll and time management and the ability to thrive in a unionized work environment we d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
  • Design configure and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions seamlessly with other business systems.
  • Provide expertlevel support troubleshooting and maintenance for SAP HCM modules.
  • Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications process flows and user guides.
  • Train and support endusers to optimize the utilization of SAP HCM modules.
  • Stay updated on SAP enhancements and best practices to improve system performance.
  • Lead and participate in SAP HCMrelated projects ensuring ontime delivery and adherence to goals.
  • Leverage expertise in labor relations time and leave configurations to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in payroll and time management.
  • Proven experience working in unionized environments and with labor relations.
  • Strong understanding of time and leave configurations.
  • Background in human resources preferred.
  • Business analytics experience required.
