Job Description:
We are seeking a Health Information Administrator to serve as the primary liaison for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program in Marion County Indiana. This remote position involves overseeing onsite compliance visits for healthcare providers ensuring adherence to immunization program standards and delivering essential support services to enrolled VFC providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance compliance visits with VFC providers and provide extensive program education.
- Support annual recertification processes and facilitate training for new vaccine coordinators.
- Manage technical assistance for VFC office relocations and temperature excursion responses.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal service delivery and provider support.
- Participate in the development of online training materials and contribute to public health initiatives.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience in customer service and client/case management.
- Proficiency in conducting quality assurance activities.
- Ability to provide technical assistance and training in virtual settings.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
