Job Description
- As an SAP specialist (m/f/d) in the process industry segment you will manage customer projects with a focus on the area of SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions.
- You will support all project phases from conception design customizing and POC to the rollout of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- You actively work on the further development of the Nagarro Best Practices Template Fit4Life Science and implement the standard at the customer (Greenfield) as well as Blue and BrownfieldProjects.
- You will support existing customers with live system landscapes via tickets and consulting.
Qualifications :
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions with at least 23 years of handson experience in this area.
- Good Business Background regarding sustainability report requirements data collection requirements and important KPIs.
- Trainings and/or certifications regarding Sustainability.
- Experience in Customizing and Training of Key Users required (hands on mentality).
- Experience working with SupportTickets and communication with customers to find and explain solutions.
- You are highly selfmotivated and pursue your goals with persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- Your way of thinking is solution/processoriented and analytical and you have strong methodological skills.
- You are interested in helping to develop and shape the topic of sustainability at Nagarro.
- You are fluent in German.
Optional:
- Technical SAP know how (ABAP; ODATA; Debugging).
- Strong customer focus and good communication skills in English.
- Experience in further SAP Areas like Environment Health & Safety Analytics or HR / SuccessFactory.
