Job Description
Position: SAP EHS Consultant
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP EHS solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct workshops and requirementgathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze existing EHS processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for EHS solutions.
- Provide training to employees on SAP EHS functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integration.
- Assist with risk assessments and environmental audits.
- Support the development of EHS policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
- Generate reports and dashboards for EHS metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in change management and stakeholder communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EHSrelated inquiries.
- Participate in project planning and status reporting.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EHS systems.
- Keep abreast of updates in EHS regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Occupational Safety or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in EHS consulting or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EHS module functionality.
- Experience in project management and implementation.
- Familiarity with relevant EHS regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Technical writing skills for documentation purposes.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
- Knowledge of safety management systems and practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH ISO 14001) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
