Job Description
Lead initiatives to identify and define the evolving reporting and analytics needs within the Treasury department.
Ensure full operationalization of reports including support and incident management in collaboration with our Data Engineering and Data Ops Teams.
Communicate progress and milestones clearly to key stakeholders and throughout the organization.
Oversee and expand the team to achieve excellence in all predefined objectives.
Extract cleanse and analyze data providing vital insights to team members and senior management.
Design implement and maintain analytical reports and dashboards shedding light on key business KPIs.
Innovate by developing new data products using advanced Data Science methodologies.
Apply algorithms through database queries and coding in collaboration with engineering teams and data analysts.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports including supportive narrative to the data analysed.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance reports/dashboards.
Qualifications :
This role is ideal for a driven technology enthusiast with a solid understanding of Treasury functions adept at managing various reporting types and analytical tasks and skilled in stakeholder communication. The candidate should be committed to supporting Checkout.coms growth and goals through impactful contributions to our clients and internal stakeholders thriving as a motivated team player.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Product or Business Analyst roles preferably in the Treasury Department in the FinTech Payments or Banking sectors.
Proven leadership skills in a dynamic tech startup environment.
Proven Treasury knowledge across prudential and operational domains
Proficiency in Excel SQL and Python.
Expertise in visualization tools like Looker PowerBI or Tableau.
Demonstrated experience with large complex data sets in a datacentric environment.
Strong analytical problemsolving and quantitative reasoning abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach and creative problemsolving capabilities.
Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in engaging diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
Desirable: Experience with AWS Redshift/Snowflake/Google BigQuery AWS Server and a background in FinTech.
