Job Description
As a Data Operations Analyst at Checkout.com you will be responsible for operationalizing data requests and building crossfunctional relationships with stakeholders across the Operations organization interfacing with our BI/Analytics team to curate roadmap and scope Data Model buildout establish data quality assurance processes scripts and dashboards in order provide oversight on data transformation across internal systems and provide direct support to our Commercial and Operations end users related to questions about internal reporting or customer insights.
What you will be doing:
Manage data syncs and content automation platforms improve/enhance reporting templates and help create enablement content for endusers
Support the compilation of recurring executive reporting collateral in our Operations and Commercial departments
Build and maintain datadriven data quality assurance scripts and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to action and remediate any discrepancies.
Operationalize data requests through the form of visual dashboards informal adhoc reports queries or manual compilation. Work to scale and automate this with the support of the BI/Analytics organization.
Build Payments analytics expertise and support endusers in the Commercial organization with questions regarding Merchant performance insights
Qualifications :
About You
Bachelors degree in business finance mathematics or a related field
02 years of experience in an analytical role preferably with some exposure to sales marketing or operational data. (Relevant internships or academic projects are a plus!)
Basic understanding of analytical concepts and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis manipulation and visualization
Experience with data modeling forecasting and regression analysis
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
