AM-Paint Shop Incharge

Responsibilities
:

Strategically plan and organize daily duties in
accordance with production schedules

Ability to plan, lay out, assign, and supervise the work of
journeymen painters and helpers.

Develop
an efficient process that allows production goals to be met

Trained workers through demonstration in
painting methods and operation of equipment

Ability to find out the root cause of paint defects and provide the appropriate solution

He
should have experience of 2K Air less paint
pump system

He
should have working knowledge of painting standard ISO 12944 & surface treatment ISO 8501

He
would be responsible for paining inspection with testing equipment Gloss meter, D.F.T. , W.F.T meter etc.

• Responsible
  for painting , sanding , refinishing, abrasive blast cleaning and prepare request for materials
  and tools needed.

Ability to successfully manage hazardous waste.
Considerable knowledge of the hazards
and safety precautions of the work.

Maintains
reports and records of material , labour and time cost

Ability to
maintain good working relationships with other campus employees

Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices,
and techniques.

Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials
common to the painting trade.

Skill in the preparation and application of
paints to different types of surfaces.

Skill in estimating time and material
requirements of work projects assigned.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree
in Mechanical/Chemical

5+
years of manufacturing experience

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
