Position Title: Office 365 Administrator (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Office 365 environment including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access controls.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Office 365 applications.
- Provide technical support and training to endusers.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Office 365 applications with other systems.
- Document system configurations procedures and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office 365 certifications.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
