As our new Kitchen Hand you will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about cookery and is looking for a rewarding and positive kitchen environment where you can work closely with worldclass culinary experts and develop your own cookery and food prep skills.
Ongoing 5pm1am rosters available
Our ideal candidate will be available for an ongoing 45 day week roster
Permanent PartTime Opportunity
Own transport and current drivers license is essential for this position

What you will be doing:
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces Operating high volume industrial dishwashing equipment Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment. Kitchen food preparation tasks and assisting Lounge Chef brigade
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Availability to work a 45 day ongoing weekly roster
Are willing to undergo a federal police check in order to apply for an airside aviation identification card
