Help create a home away from home
Sodexo is currently looking for an experienced Industial Cleaner Leading Hand to join our team. This is a fulltime Local position from Weipa on a 5:2 roster and is a great opportunity for the right person with the right experience who will deliver a handson proactive approach.
Who are we looking for
You will be responsible for coordinating all mine site cleaning services and cleaning working closely with the Management to provide a consistently high level of quality service to our client.
You will foster a people culture by displaying strong leadership skills in coaching mentoring developing recognising and rewarding direct reports. This role will suit a Leader who is happy to be hands on and support the team on the ground using their initiative and problemsolving skills when challenges arise. To be successful youll need:
AustralianCitizenshiporfull Australian working rights
Able to undergo a preemployment medical including drug & alcohol testingand police check
Wed love to hear from you if youve had previous experience in the Hospitality sector working a similar role and have experience managing teams. Working onsite with our teams means youll be working 10 hours per day on a 5:2 roster (Monday to Friday)oftenin extreme environments. Sohaving a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!
