The Growth Lead will play a critical role in advancing justDices expansion efforts by leading innovative and strategic growth initiatives. This position requires an individual with strong problemsolving skills a cando attitude and the ability to effectively overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of marketing and growth operations. This individual will be responsible for designing executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition engagement and longterm business growth.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition engagement and retention. Proactively identify opportunities for growth establish and execute action plans to address them.
- Continuously research and identify unconventional marketing potential partners that align with company objectives.
- Proactively reach out to potential partners initiate discussions negotiate terms and finalize agreements to establish longterm partnerships that align on strategic goals and accelerate growth efforts.
- Oversee and optimize growth marketing campaigns across a variety of unconventional channels with a focus on innovative and nontraditional marketing sources. This includes partnerships with offline brands and other unique avenues beyond typical digital platforms to expand our reach and impact.
- Work closely with product design and user acquisition teams to align campaigns with product goals and maximize their effectiveness.
- Conduct detailed analyses of campaign performance metrics extract actionable insights and make datadriven decisions to enhance overall return on investment.
Who you are:
- A growthoriented strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic fastpaced environments and is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Demonstrated history of successfully executing and scaling business growth initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in a growthfocused role ideally with a background in business development or sales and experience in marketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with data to guide decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align internal and external stakeholders toward common growth objectives.
