We are a young deeptech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development engineering production to marketing and sales we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria we are born global and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Tasks
- Take ownership of all finance operationsaccounting financial reporting budgeting and forecastingensuring everything runs smoothly without micromanagement.
- Identify gaps improve processes and implement solutions proactivelyif you see something that can be done better we want you to take the lead.
- Ensure financial compliance and optimize internal controls without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Provide clear and actionable financial insights to management supporting strategic decisions with datadriven input.
- Offload key finance tasks from our Head of Finance taking responsibility and driving initiatives forward independently.
- Work closely with other departments (Sales Operations Product) to align financial planning with business needs.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as tax advisors auditors and banks with full autonomy.
- Support funding and investment activities when needed taking ownership of financial modeling and business case calculations.
Requirements
- A strong finance background with a degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a similar role ideally in a fastgrowing company or startup.
- A selfstarter mentalityyou take responsibility make decisions and drive initiatives without waiting for instructions.
- A problemsolving mindsetyou dont just report issues you fix them.
- Experience with handson accounting financial planning and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with startup dynamics including lean finance structures and fast decisionmaking.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to create financial models that drive business growth.
- Fluency in German and English.
