We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for our Italian market.
Naturida is a young and dynamic ecommerce company based in Berlin. Our focus is on the development of innovative cosmetics wellness and health brands.
To continue growing we are immediately looking for support in the Italian Customer Success Team.
Tasks
As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers through email and chat delivering the best possible experience.
- Answering customer inquiries by email and chat in a timely personal and professional manner that exceeds the customersexpectations
- Keeping our FAQs up to date.
- Translate various texts from German or English into Italian.
- Keep an eye on customer feedback and help us build our community.
Requirements
How you can convince us:

- You are fluent in Italian. Good level in German is a plus.
- You have experience working with customers listening to their needs and providing the best solutions.
- You already have experience in the world of ecommerce support (Shopify and Gorgias).
- You are interested in beauty and health products.
- You have exceptional organisation skills.
