You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a structured and proactive individual to support our Marketing Medical and Commercial teams in Sweden while also providing key assistance to our Nordic General Manager. In this role you will take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks ensuring smooth daytoday operations and contributing to the efficiency of our teams. You will work crossfunctionally managing contracts procurement and invoicing while also playing a vital role in organizing meetings internal conferences and transparency reporting.
This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm Sweden reporting directly to the GM Nordic.
Key Responsibilities
Provide marketing support for PI updates in Sweden.
Act as Contract Manager coordinating agreements with customers partners and suppliers.
Manage invoices and purchase orders within the IFS system.
Serve as the contact person for indirect procurement.
Support the Swedish/Nordic team including arranging meetings internal conferences and managing Veeva Vault.
Handle transparency reporting (SPAH).
Act as a Liiv and Fass coordinator/administrator.
Oversee the Varunummerdatabasen coordination.
Provide dedicated support to one of our Nordic Business Units (approx. 40%).
Qualifications :

You are detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and solutionfocused mindset. In a fastpaced entrepreneurial setting you demonstrate initiative and ownership ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Qualifications
Education in Marketing Administration or a related field (preferred).
Experience from a similar role is required.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
