Job Description

The Opportunity

Were currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Sweden. In this role you will oversee and guide our Polestar Spaces and Partners within the Swedish network ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in Polestars growth journey by driving sales performance and fostering strong business relationships.

This position is located at our Gothenburg office and we believe in a hybrid work model balancing inperson collaboration with focused remote work. Due to the nature of this role frequent travel within the region will be required.

The Responsibilities

In this role youll be expected to drive sales performance and ensure a seamless customer experience across our Polestar Spaces. Working as a member of the Sales team youll play a key role in shaping and executing regional sales strategies.   • Provide strategic direction andguidanceto Polestar Spaces ensuring top performance in sales and customer experience (NPS)
  • Set and communicate clear performance expectations behaviors and goals conducting regular digitalandinperson coaching sessionsand performance evaluations
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering collaboration across the Swedish network
  • Lead training and coaching initiatives to enhance sales skills and product knowledge within Polestar Spaces
  • Stay ahead of market trends competitor activities and industry developments adapting strategies accordingly

The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this role youll need to be proactive resultsdriven and highly adaptable. You have a customerfirst mindset and a strong ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve ambitious targets. Your ability to analyse data identify opportunities and make strategic decisions will be essential. You should be comfortable navigating a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and goaloriented approach. Strong communication and leadership skills will be key to fostering collaboration and driving performance.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in a clientoriented retail environment
  • Experience in premium automotive brands and retail (preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing strong business relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales principles data analysis and performance optimization
  • Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken

Polestar is an international company with various backgrounds represented. While English is the primary language for internal communication fluency in Swedish is essential for this role as you will work closely with Polestar Spaces and Partners in Sweden.
